 Ravi Reddy, Chief Executive OfficerRavi Reddy founded Quest Industries, LLC in 1999. Prior to founding Quest, Ravi spent several years as CEO of USS Corporation, a contract decorating company for the Personal Care Market. Ravi’s experience at USS taught him the importance of addressing both the decorating and logistical needs of customers. By developing creative technical talent and building strong management team, Ravi has helped transform Quest into a major force in the decorating industry. |
 Shri Pradhan, Vice President of Business DevelopmentShri Pradhan joined Quest in 2000 with over 20 years of experience at Becton Dickinson and Company (BD), a medical technology company that serves healthcare institutions. At BD, Shri worked mainly in Project Management and Business Development, giving him a solid foundation in developing customer service protocols and navigating tightly regulated quality control standards. |
 Ingrid Lima, Chief Financial Officer/VP Business DevelopmentAfter joining Quest in 2000, Ingrid has progressed through various positions of increased responsibility to her current position as Chief Financial Officer. She has gained extensive knowledge of the business including customer expectations of container decoration quality, artwork design and logistic needs. Additionally, she manages the Business Development function for the East Coast. |
 Dan Weightman, General Manager of Hillside, NJ FacilityDan Weightman joined Quest in 2004, after working in the container decorating business for over 30 years in various capacities. Quest’s customers benefit from Dan’s deep technical knowledge of premium quality container decoration and extensive experience in meeting customers’ high expectations. |
After completing his graduate studies in industrial engineering from Virginia Tech, Amit Chaubal joined Quest in 2003 as a customer service representative. During this period Amit acquired the experience and understanding of the industry. As GM of our Frostburg facility, Amit brings a unique talent that combines technical knowledge and analytical mind. |
 Ryan Reed, General Manager of Stockton, CA FacilityRyan Reed brought over a decade of container decorating experience to Quest when he joined in 2004. He specializes in spirits and wine, with strong knowledge and experience in high speed, high quality printing technology and graphic design. Ryan has the superior ability to produce complex designs on glass bottles, combining UV technology and tooling design. |
