History

Founded in 1999, Quest quickly established a solid presence in the industry by acquiring the assets of three long standing and well known companies in the business: Ceragraphic, Permanent Label, and Kreative Plastics. With this foundation, Quest developed a complete range of high end decorating processes with a singular focus of delivering superior customer service.

Quest continues to invest in recruiting the best and brightest talent in the business and in its state-of-the-art production facilities. This provides a level of customer service that is second-to-none in the decorating business.

Our engineers constantly strive to develop innovative decorating processes. Quest’s design team has created new approaches to container decorating that produce sophisticated designs through a blend of several different application techniques. As an industry leader, Quest constantly strives to develop decorating processes that are environmentally responsible, such as the pioneering Q- Frost process for glass containers, which replaced the antiquated contaminating and corrosive acid dipping process.

Originally based in Hillside, New Jersey, Quest soon expanded to locations in Frostburg, Maryland and Stockton, California. This strategically located facilities allows us to efficiently provide services to our customers across the United States.
