Decal Application

Intended solely for glass containers, Decal Application is typically applied manually on odd shaped containers. There are two major Decal Application techniques: the Waterslide technique, where decals are applied manually with a water based solution and the Heat Release technique, which is a semi automated system of Decal Application.

Hot Stamping

Hot Stamping works by applying heat and pressure to transfer a foil with decorative artwork onto the surface of a container. Hot Stamping is a “dry” decorating process, meaning that labels are affixed without going through a final curing.

Hilite

Quest has developed a cost effective proprietary process for hot stamping on glass containers. The Hilite application offers a variety of metallic colored foils to mimic raised precious metals printing.
